Hopefully they had another vehicle and it was gone.
In interviews yesterday they said that he and his son took their only vehicle. His wife called him and said that the fire was across the street from their house. He told her to hang up and call 911 and he would head straight back. That's the last time he heard from her or their daughters.

Hope to get some resolution on this story.

How does this happen? I feel like there is more to the story here if that is the case. If its night they should of been able to see the fire given the time of year, and if it was day they could see the smoke. I mean how far did they drive to see the fire and it all of a sudden get to the house? Just seems odd to me, I know life happens but still.
Luckily the kids were 9 and 12, I have to assume there is a great chance they ran to the next house and met up with someone. But it is certainly not good that the wife never called the husbands phone once they were safe.
