I feel for the guy and agree with everyone in this thread, but I've come to learn that when there is a mandatory evacuation and you have family involved there is no reason to mess around. Get out and deal with it later. Why would you go see where it is? If that's even a possibility, just leave.
ETA: There's only been 3 deaths reported so far right? I'm assuming they are planning on finding a lot more once the burned down homes and buildings can be searched?
