I said I have no problem with it. But the process isn't all that hard, but again I fully understand why some would choose not to.

It would take about a year to go through much of what I described above. I know you aren't stating issues with it. I am just offering more detail after having done some research. The insurance panel thing and the reputation are the biggest obstacles.
