Isn't Baylor a lot more invested in their football program than UNC is as well?

and his first college coaching gig was at Baylor under Teaff, who still works with Baylor.
and we would be willing to pay him $5M+ (I can't see UNC paying him more than they pay Roy)
and he would be at a school where football is the most important sport
