Some other interesting stats would be the TEAM's total yards in games started by each, QBR (some deride this stat but it does at least try to take into account game situations, rushing and other factors besides "passing"), and quality of opponent, especially good wins and particularly bad losses (if any).

I don't have an agenda on this; it just would be interesting to see.

Disclosure: my sense is that Etling has been better than Harris but at least some of the stats you posted suggest their performance was similar.
