Read some of those dipshits comments. Wow. Yes of course goals need to be written down and thought about in the professional world and investment world and even coaching world.
We are mocking the fact a damn binder got him the job at ole miss and now here and that JOE the plumber didn't even do a real search. His previous head coaching record and abilities and previous coordinator jobs definitely did not get him this job.

There's nothing wrong with having a binder like that. Dicknose Joe shouldn't have been blown away by that minimal show of competence.
