Yes, I do. Cost for us was approximately $31K. Originally quoted $35K. House was approximately 1400 sq. ft. living area.
Total drive was approximately 40 miles.
Lots involved including permits, plans, disassemble, reassemble, labor, foundation, etc.

Also have to factor in crossing bridges etc. Those add to cost also
