Not a boxer. I own two. They're destructive as hell when bored, especially when you only have 1. My 2 keep each other entertained so it keeps the boredom to a minimum. Otherwise they meet all your other criteria.

Mine is 5 now and I haven't had to fuss at him since he was about a year old... very well mannered dog
