Do I think Alleva is a moron for hiring Orgeron? No.
Do I think he is a moron for not waiting on Herman to hear UT out? No. This board would go NUTS if Alleva would have waited for Herman to hear UT out and then go to UT anyway and then Alleva would have hired Orgeron.
What exactly about this process makes Alleva a moron? Simply the fact that you don't think Orgeron was the best guy for the job because he's not the "shiny new toy"?
