LSU certainly would become a revolving door for OC. If they do good, OC would be gone as hc next year. If they do bad, OC would be fired to make room for the next OC. Eventually O would be gone through the door too.

I think more head coaches are managers rather than ball side specialists. By specialist, I mean elite specialists like Saban, Spurrier, etc.
