I have some Mauveil and Ruffoni and use them all the time. I still have plenty of other types, ceramic, cast, stainless but I buy one copper at a time.
No more trouble to upkeep than any others. It will last a lifetime. Like I said I just buy one at a time and over the years have a nice collection.
