That's what I dont get.
Closest we came to losing him was when Nichols came knocking.
We are going to give him a 500 percentage raise!
No leverage at all to do so.
Whomever says head coaches are paid a lot because we have to pay what the market requires is completely and utterly full of shite!

Realistically O should be making 2-2.5 mill but you can have him making less than the coordinators
