The vast majority of the military voted for Johnson or Trump. While the generals are Obama Loyalists, much of the rank and file would refuse to carry out Obama orders to fire on American civilians. I could forsee an outcome where the democrats "discover" tens of thousands of ballots in these swing states to flip them blue, Hillary declares herself the winner, and conservatives march on Washington by the tens of thousands.

When Trump and the conservatives contest the recount, Obama orders the military to clear the protesters. These protesters are armed and shots are fired turning into a violent riot and a shootout. Obama orders the military to charge the protesters and clear the camp by force (see rout of Bonus Army by McArthor). Mad Dog tells the soldiers that their enemies are behind them, not ahead of them, and the soldiers refuse to charge the protesters. Mad Dog and other lower ranked officers depose the generals and Obama in a coup and Trump is inagurated which triggers the official start of a Civil War.

Or, the recounts won't overturn the result and we'll have 4 years of bitching and moaning.
