--Little chance to overturn results seen but ‘principle’ remains

--Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Michigan could redo vote counts

Hillary Clinton’s campaign lawyer announced plans to participate in vote recounts of Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Michigan if they take place, yet doesn’t expect to overturn the election of Donald Trump as president.

If Green Party candidate Jill Stein initiates recounts in all of those states as she intends, the Clinton campaign “will participate in order to ensure the process proceeds in a manner that is fair to all sides,” lawyer Marc Elias said Saturday in a post on the blogging website Medium.com.

Stein says on her website that she’s raised more than $5.7 million for her recount effort so far, with a $7 million goal. The funds raised so far will cover costs in Wisconsin and Pennsylvania.

The Democrat’s campaign didn’t plan to initiate recounts on its own because it hasn’t found “any actionable evidence of hacking or outside attempts to alter the voting technology,” Elias wrote.

Elias also isn’t expecting the recounts to erase what he said was a 107,000 combined vote margin separating the candidates in the three battleground states and overturning the election of Trump, who is due to be sworn in as president in January.

Marc Elias, the campaign’s general counsel, wrote in a post on Medium on Saturday that the Clinton team has been conducting an extensive review of election results, searching for any signs that the voting process had been tampered with.

He emphasized that analysts employed by the campaign have largely found no evidence to conclude that the election was sabotaged, but said that the campaign is committed to helping ensure a fair recount process.

“While that effort has not, in our view, resulted in evidence of manipulation of results, now that a recount is underway, we believe we have an obligation to the more than 64 million Americans who cast ballots for Hillary Clinton to participate in ongoing proceedings to ensure that an accurate vote count will be reported.”

This has nothing to do with the integrity of the process.
Thus has nothing to do with voter fraud. The Philidelphia vote will not stand up to scrutiny. The dems did not steal enough votes in Philly. Getting rid of fraudulent votes in Philly would make Trump's margin bigger.

Clinton hoping for errors but really looking to find tampering by outside people, hopefully for them the Russians, and they will get "experts" to testify to this fact whether it exists or not. Then they will ask a federal District Court, Obama appointee if they can arrange it, for a restraining order prohibiting the electors from voting, delaying Trump from being declared winner. If a Circuit Court upholds, the Supreme Court would split 4 to 4.

Ultimately they will ask for a do over, either in those three states or nation wide. They realize they took victory for granted and will think a do over will "reflect the real will" of the people. Which really means fraud on steroids by the Dems.

Hope I am wrong but don't believe Hilldawg going quietly into the night. If I am right this country will look like the 1860's.

It is obvious that this is a money grab the same kind that was done in 2004 in Ohio. It will be entertaining to see the whiny bitch snowflakes melt more when this is all said and done.

Hillary is dead broke, since the donations for the Foundation are drying up. She couldn't resist the opportunity to share the money with Stein.

I am curious if this is an attempt by the DNC to do some data mining and see how they lost these "firewall" states. Are they actually able to see the name of the voter and who they cast their vote for? Is that how this works?
