That's not enough.

He actually has to roll back the DOJ's prosecution of the WOD, continue the Obama Administration's policy of phasing out civil forfeiture and removing pot from schedule one.

Inaction against the states is not enough, there has to be action on the feds end of their own policies.

That would be much better. But it's still a step in the right direction.

If he does everything you mentioned, get me a coat.

This isn't worth any more of his time or anybody else's in his admin than to say "let the states do it".
