Pot roast; dried beans; turkey and black bean chili.
Eggs boiled in it peel like nothing. I cup water. Put eggs on the trivet. 7 minutes under pressure, 7 minutes more with lid on. Release remaining pressure, and put eggs in ice water.
It's more trouble than boiling them in a pot, but the peels just slip off.

I cook red beans in an hour......I don't like how it cooks rice.....

So the only advantage is that the shell peels off easily? I can boil an egg on the stovetop in 15 mins.

Just steam eggs for 9 minutes and drop them in a ice bath. You will get the same results and save some time.
If you want soft boiled it is 6 minutes and 30 seconds of steaming and drop them in an ice bath.
Steaming times are more reliable because you don't have to worry about water temperature drops when you put the eggs in. I haven't boiled an egg in years, I always steam them now.
