I swear I've asked this question 3 or 4 times here and have not received one answer. It's like the Herman crowd have accepted this as fact and won't hear anything to the contrary.

Based on the fact that the "reports" of Fisher staying at FSU are not concrete.
Who provided those reports? An agent? A message board?

There has never been anyone with credible information that said the LSU/Jimbo negotiations failed. As once DALSU and Random changed their predictions from Jimbo to Herman, all the Herman homers started wetting their panties and assumed that the negotiations with Jimbo had failed. Nonetheless, LSUtigers9458 says that Jimbo is a done deal already and that he will be introduced as LSU's new head coach probably on Monday.
