It's pretty telling how Herman's philosophy is to ask himself "what do I have?" and then following up with "how can I maximize the performance of what I have" compared to the philosophy of "this is what we're doing, I don't care who we have".

Hmm...something in my gut doesnt feel good about this guy.
Maybe just PTSD from Les but definitely a trigger moment when I read this - Winning Attitude: Even when you lose, you firmly believe you ran out of time.
