1 fried turkey + 1 smoked turkey + 2 baked turkeys.
By the time I got all 4 cut up I was sick of turkey. Lol.
So how do yall slice your turkeys?
I breasted mine out and sliced them against the grain.

Carved along the breast then sliced it into 1/4 inch slices
Removed the legs and wings first it kept those in tact.
Can't stand it when people cut up the leg meat.
