Use Waze.
The more people who report/update it the less lucrative it is for them to sit personnel up and down I10.

I absolutely use Waze. We got off at the rosedale exit. Tired of fighting traffic. I'm the only traffic that counts they should all move to the side and no I haven't had a drink I had to go to lake Charles for a dr appointment this morning.
