Urban Meyer is at his best when he had elite coordinators
Jimbo at minimum actually possesses a real skill of developing QBs and calling his own plays
not that they aren't elite, because they are. But Jimbo is elite in his own right too.

He has lost 2+ games in every season without Jameis Winston, for starters.
He's a good coach, but he brings many of the same complaints folks had with less as far underachieving according to talent levels and unwillingness to adapt on offense.
