Ohio State and USC ought to be in there. LSU not quite the same as the schools you mentioned.

osu is top tier only if you're from the rustbelt. it's the top program up north but that's it.
usc is second tier especially now with the nfl returning to town. plus you have terrible traffic, terrible campus location, terrible facilities, mediocre conference, mediocre fanbase, mediocre salary, and high taxes.
