re: Time limit on outdoor party making noise

I guess I do t care about the party, what I am wondering is is it reasonable to expect people to party quietly after a certain time? Without cheering, yelling and encouraging the dogs to run around the yard barking? If you can hear people eighty yards away are they too loud?
