Sure. There's some nasty shite on social media but users have the ability to avoid it themselves.

I don't need Facebook to protect me from shite that offends me, I can block it. Not that I actually can be offended, but that's another thread.

These dumb companies coddle the most whiners and see an immediate benefit but fail to see the cumulative effect.

A basic tenet of customer service is that most unhappy customers say nothing. They just stop being customers.

I mean shite. That's taught in nearly every book on business you can find.
