re: Married guys, do you regret getting married?

Marraige is fun if you get married because it's someone you want to be with and you both are secure with yourselves.

First ten year of my marraige were best years of my life. Wife made good money and worked a lot of weekends - basic rule was weekends she was off we hung out with friends or just each other, weekends she was working I rode my bike and camped, partied, watched football did anything I wanted. Only rule was if I was going to be home past 10 to just stay the night somwhere else so I didn't wake her up since she worked long shifts.

We took vacations all over - Mexico, Gulf Shores, Lake Tahoe, Vegas, San Diego, ski trips you name it.

Marraige is fun if you go in with the right mindset and don't try and rule each other.

Had a kid this year. frick my life it's pretty much ruined. I'm like Hiroshima after the A-Bomb. Love the kid to death but goddamn that's the thing that you gotta worry about not getting married.
