There still isn't a BR threat, really. Our teams almost never make the title game. I think the talent level in Baton Rouge soccer is comparable to NOLA and Mandeville, it's just our talent gets split out so much between a lot of schools compared to those other areas. Even the smaller schools like us and Episcopal get lots of good club players.

If Caddo Magnet was good when you played, that sounds like mid to late 2000s to me. Would that be right? I think Jesuit will get back on track soon, they just haven't been much of a factor the past three years, despite making the title game in 2015.

St Paul's should run away with it again. For reference, CHS lost 6-0 in scrimmage with them last week and tied Acadiana 1-1 last night in first game. St Paul's playing on a much higher level than everyone else.
