tell me why folks are so hard up for Coach O. That's the better question.

He's winning. Beating every SEC foe except Bama. Restored enthusiasm to the program. Seems to have a vision for success. Excellent recruiter. Yet, none of this matters to many.

It's not that it isn't recognized, it's just such a small sample size compared to a coach like Fisher. O's HC resume on the whole rightfully scares some of us. Do you think if we really believed he was the best man for the job we'd be against him just for the hell of it?

I'm with you. O has done everything right, made no significant mistakes so far. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. It certainly isn't broke right now, so why in the frick should we get rid of a guy who's winning to get a guy (Jimbo) who will be no less available next year, or the year after that, or the year after that?

He has taken the distributer cap off a crazy talented and very experienced team.
He has beaten teams that this team was supposed to beat and threw up a big goose egg againt the only high caliber team he's gone against.

The only reason LSU wasn't completely embarrassed against bama was because of Aranda. O had no clue during that game.

Heck Miles even beat Bama. I just don't understand the love for him given he was run out of town as OC to be replaced with Crowton and Studrawa.
