It's hard for me to believe that this information isn't readily available via an internet search but if it really is that complicated then maybe just maybe the various government processes need to be simplified. Regardless, it should not take career politicians for government to work smoothly; if it does then we need to eliminate sources of crony capitalism aka lobbyists, etc.
