CEO respects Aranda and will go to bat for him in regards to raises or whatever for him. CEO will let Aranda do his thing and get him the best talent with which to work. I really see no reason for Aranda to leave any time soon. He can do what he loves to do which is to coach defense. He's still young and has made no indications to be a head coach any time soon as Fisher did when he was at LSU.

he doesnt have too, Aranda has more pull than O already. that will never change.. O needs Aranda more than Aranda needs O.. fact..

I agree. I can't say what aranda will do for sure, I think O would fight for him and Aranda has everything he needs to produce an absolutely elite defense here.

He already got to soak up how miles ran things and the effects of the tweaks O has made.

Im just providing an additional way to view things from a coaches perspective.
