I will agree with him on one thing, how far down the line do you go before O is the best option with Aranda staying and a new offensive coord?
Herman is likely Texas bound and even if he came to LSU, Texas would always be lurking out there.
Fisher if he decides to dance again you listen to his sales pitch and if money is right you pounce but if Sexton is his agent I would be leery, I still think Fisher might want Bama gig when Saban hangs it up. They may have blew it last year when Fisher deal collapsed.
So, at that point I would give it to O.

Oh that's a great idea. Don't hire a coach now because some other coach will eventually not be there in 10+ years.
It's like some of you wake up in the morning and take stupid pills.

I don't want Fisher, but would have taken him after last season because that would have meant Les was fired. My as well give it to O and see what happens. Even if O doesn't work out, I doubt that the cupboard will be bare for whoever comes in next due to O's relentless and highly successful recruiting style.
