At first glance this appears to be the case. But a closer look reveals that he did use his hands to help continue his momentum. I don't know if such a light push would qualify as a penalty but the NFL needs to look at this play in the offseason and close this loophole. It shouldn't be legal to pull and push down on the back of the center's head.

How do you figure? He never touched the LS.

Amazing how any time a rule goes against someone's team, the rule needs to be changed.
