I read it. Uber via this driver committed fraud.

If you paid via amex you wouldn't be crying on here because you would have already been refunded and Uber can frick themselves if they don't want to refund.

Amex gets the last laugh for a-hole companies that pull this shite.

Had almost the same situation with Groupon fraud. Groupon told me GFY. Called amex. amex told Groupon to go frick themselves.
