You don't have a clue about this situation.
Ohio State at 11-1 will have the best resume in the country. They'll get in. Penn State lost to Michigan by 39 points. Teams with 39 point losses don't deserve to be in the playoff conversation.

Well if that's the criteria, teams that lost to teams with 39 point losses should definitley be out.
