Honestly im just Trumpkin trolling and am catching my limit

Of course he is. Just like every politician ever, from presidential candidates to local dog catcher.
I'm sure you thought that kid running for class president really was going to have free Cokes in the cafeteria.
The fact is, this is not a dictatorship. Many campaign promises cannot be unilaterally implemented and have to be softened or negotiated. Many of Trumps calls were purposely extreme, which gives him plenty of room to negotiate and end up with a palatable result.
