He says this and in his letter basically says if you don't agree Trump is a piece of shite, you need to resign:
And then he says this:
Hope his most talented employees take him up on that resignation idea.

Nothing says "diversity and inclusion" like telling anyone with a different viewpoint from your own to leave the company
