I don't trust the lowest denominator of society to work and maintain my vehicle. Plus those cheap lube places use the worst/cheapest oil and filters possible. I can change my own oil within 30 minutes which is faster than driving it somewhere, waiting and driving home. Plus, cars are one of my biggest hobbies and I enjoy working on them.

Took my f150 to take 5 the very first time. $120. Have done it myself since.
