Carbon emissions at coal plants are down like 90% over the past decade. Things are improving. We don't have to continue regulating cheap, reliable power out of existence just to appease a bunch of lefties. The coal-based power industry is cleaner than its ever been, and natural gas will continue to be embraced as well.
