I voted, reluctantly, for Kennedy in the primary. Why? Because I'm a sheep and he was the leading Republican in the pre-election polling. Last thing I wanted to do was flub up, split the Republican vote 9 ways and let Campbell and Fayard slip in 1 - 2 - as unlikely as that was, I wasn't taking any chances. I liked Fleming and Maness much better.

The state party needs to get control of that shite and run - at most 2 Republicans - a conservative and a RINO. They won't do that, because the conservative will win every time. They do a hummingbird strategy to get their guy in.

Usually works. (Didn't for Jeb! nationally, though )
