And a sustained one. At lest before they buy in.
The problem with the Pelicans/Hornets was that second part. Even in our playoff run with CP3 the wind got knocked out of the sails the following year with the injuries. Same with Davis's playoff year. For this team to grow in this city imo, they need to make it to the second round at a minimum and have a 50+ win season the following year and do well in the playoffs that year as well.
Do that and I think this team would see its average attendance climb.
