It's kind of disappointing/weird discovering their home planet then 30 minutes later seeing how well integrated their entire race is with the rest of the Nexus crew.

It's mostly when you go to the planet with the pirate base (I can't remember the names of these planets), and the Angaran are hanging out with everybody at the base yet the first time you meet them it feels a lot like first contact.
