I used squad powers a LOT in ME1-3. WTF.
I also heard there is no more button to take cover, that it does it automatically (auto cover usage when you don't want / need it) and can make you stand up when turning to shoot a flanker.
So if an enemy comes around your right side on waist high cover and you turn to far, surprise, you are standing. Enjoy the shower of bullets hitting you in the back.

I hate auto-snap to cover in games. In this game in particular, it was difficult to tell whether or not I was even in cover, and that made firefights feel clunky.
I'd support a Deus Ex Mankind Divided type scenario where you click one of the analogue sticks to drop into cover. I have only played the PC version, so I don't know if those buttons are used for anything else.
