Not downvoting you, but trying to have you look at Coach O from a different perspective. He did fail as Ole Miss HeadCoach, but I tend to believe he did not possess the same level of talent as he has now at LSU.
Plus, afterwards...he did lead USC to a 6-2 record as an Interim Head Coach. I think LSU could possibly be a great fit for Coach O!

I just think elite programs should go after the best candidate(s) available. By nature of the uncertainty and his past, Orgeron would not be that guy.
