Nope. 102,321.
Since the last expansion, announced attendance no longer exceeds stadium capacity (102,321). Don't know why they do it this way. But we haven't exceeded that number yet so I imagine it won't happen.

The new south end zone expansion was expected to have an overflow and standing-room-only section
There is an area for an overflow section behind the 1,500 general admission seats at the top of the new addition
I found no update to this.
