I couldn't access our hunting lease without one when it rains. Weyerhauser doesn't maintain the lease roads worth a shite. Right now the roads have 6" of dust on them. As soon as we get a good rain they will be impassable with a 2WD.

I lease from them in Miss, got stuck in my 4x4 last hunting season on a road to a stand. Had to get a Tundra & a Jeep to pull me out
