I do hit the gym. And the track. I just end up eating more especially when I get hungry, I shovel sugary foods into me.

ETA: But lately, I've been going to the gym and trying to lift more and, in doing so, it's helpful to not be a stick figure so you may find the 20 pounds looks better on you if you get stronger.
