re: how to eat healthy when you travel for work?

Its really hard. I used to travel a lot, these are some tips.
1) do not eat an unhealthy bfast. Bfast is the easiest meal to do healthy.
2) whole foods salad bar is your friend. This is a great way to get a reasonably priced healthy dinner. Not everything on their salad bar is healthy but enough is that you will be ok
3) watch the booze. The booze is what kills you calorie wise, I have always had a hard time not taking a work drink. Stay away from social dinners
4) work out. one of the things taht you will find wehn you travel for work, is you have a surprisingly amount of free time at night. Its usually easy to find something social, but don't do that - instead go back to the hotel and work out, then run to whole foods (if available) for dinner.
