Heard many different things and I have never hunted where they had hogs until this year. These bastards can really destroy some shite. It is now my personal goal to kill 15-20 of these worthless animals. TIA

They love sour corn. Hell they just love corn, want to attract some? Plant a field of it with the intention of harvesting it later on, they will come in droves to eat it.

Seriously though, we have always baited our traps with a mix of corn or sour corn. Always worked for us.

Five gallon bucket of corn add water, let it sit for 3 or 4 days in the sun then dump it out

Diesel +corn. Hogs are only animals that will eat it.

I have heard from others that the leftovers from a good corn mash work better than anything else on earth.

Strawberry jello sprinkled over corn. They also love old fish grease.

If you do go the boar buster/jaeger pro trapping route, make sure you get every one in the trap before you close the gate or else you will educate them

Listened to a talk from the jaeger pro trapper just last week and he said all they use is regular ol corn (cheap and effective). One point he addressed is that pigs will come into a trap even if there is blood in the trap. They will eat corn right on top of the blood. He said the main thing that will spook a pig from going into a trap is pig crap. Pigs dont crap where they eat, so they know that is not natural. If you shoot the pigs in the trap, make sure to get the crap out of it
