I get this email back from her like 400 words telling me ("Let me clear, etc.), nobody should tell me what I have to do (I agree but she has been tight-fisted about controlling the project), that the professor assigned the email, etc. Basically, the biggest liberal snarky email I've encountered.

It actually sounds like she was tired of carrying your slack all semester. Considering you've admitted to that much, you probably should let it slide and be thankful she's going to be the reason you get a passing grade.
