My wife's business has one salaried employee that makes under that amount by about $4k. We will bring that person up to the limit.

I have an employee that got bumped to salary less than a year ago and makes in the low 40's. Next week I get to tell her she is going back to hourly and she is no longer going to get bonus because only salary workers get bonus.
