Is this the one with the God awful statues all around the pool area? If it is, throw in another $50k to get all those things carted off after you buy the place. Looks like arse as it stands.

No. That one is a little further down the river...
I've seen the house in the OP several times in some of my boat trips up the Tchefuncte. It's a really nice place.
